By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking a shipment, or using any service offered by Cosmic Cargo LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting services.

Cosmic Cargo LLC provides trucking, freight, and logistics services throughout the continental United States, including but not limited to:

• Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight
• Dedicated freight and expedited shipping
• Regional and nationwide transportation
• Logistics management and freight coordination
• Dispatch, tracking, and customer support services

Service availability, lanes, equipment, and transit times may vary based on capacity, weather, regulations, and operational conditions.

Quotes are based on information you provide at the time of request. Final pricing may change if shipment details, accessorials, detention, re-delivery, fuel surcharges, or scope change after booking.

A shipment is confirmed only when accepted by our dispatch team and any required documentation or payment terms are satisfied. We reserve the right to decline loads that present safety, legal, or operational concerns.

• Provide accurate shipment details, weights, dimensions, and commodity descriptions
• Ensure freight is properly packaged, labeled, and lawful to transport
• Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Make freight available for pickup within agreed windows
• Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms
• Maintain appropriate insurance where required by contract or law

We may contact you by phone, email, SMS, or through integrated platforms such as RingCentral for service updates, dispatch coordination, and customer support.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or compromise website security
• Do not scrape, copy, or misuse content without written permission
• Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful information
• Do not use our services for prohibited, hazardous, or illegal cargo without disclosure

Rates, accessorial charges, and payment terms are as specified in your quote, rate confirmation, or master service agreement. Late payments may be subject to finance charges, collection costs, or service suspension as permitted by law and contract.

Cosmic Cargo LLC maintains cargo, auto liability, and general liability insurance in amounts meeting or exceeding industry requirements. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is governed by applicable federal and state transportation laws, including the Carmack Amendment where applicable. Consequential, incidental, or special damages are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing within nine (9) months of the delivery date, in accordance with applicable regulations. To initiate a claim, contact us at cosmiccargollc@gmail.com with shipment details, supporting documentation, and claimed damages.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, labor disputes, equipment failure, government actions, or other force majeure events. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate impact and communicate status updates.

All website content — including logos, trademarks, text, imagery, graphics, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Cosmic Cargo LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge those policies.

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services for non-payment, breach of these terms, safety concerns, fraudulent activity, or as required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
